1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ocean Tycoon, developed and published by Aakar Games ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Ocean Tycoon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

Ocean Tycoon is intended for users aged 13 years or older.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your country or region, you should use the game only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Game License

Aakar Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ocean Tycoon for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, hack, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use cheats, bots, exploits, unauthorized automation, or modified software.
• Manipulate purchases, advertising rewards, virtual currency, player progress, or save data.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or normal operation of the game.

4. Google Play Save Features

Ocean Tycoon may allow game progress to be stored or synchronized using Google Play services. Availability and reliability may depend on Google, your account, device, internet connection, and other factors outside our control.

We cannot guarantee that progress or save data will always be stored, synchronized, recovered, or restored successfully.

6. Virtual Currency and Digital Items

Gems, in-game cash, skins, upgrades, rewards, and other digital items exist only within Ocean Tycoon.

• They have no real-world cash value.
• They cannot be redeemed for money.
• They are not legal currency.
• They may not be sold, traded, or transferred outside functionality expressly provided by the game.
• They are licensed for use in the game rather than sold as real-world property.

We may adjust virtual items, prices, availability, balance, rewards, or functionality when reasonably necessary for game balance, technical reasons, legal compliance, or continued operation of the game.

7. Advertising

Ocean Tycoon may display:

• Rewarded advertisements that may grant optional in-game rewards after successful completion.
• Interstitial advertisements that may appear during normal gameplay transitions.

Advertising may be provided through third-party services including Unity Ads and LevelPlay.

Rewarded ads may fail to grant a reward if the ad is interrupted, unavailable, not completed, or not confirmed as successfully completed by the advertising provider.

Remove Ads

If Ocean Tycoon offers a Remove Ads purchase, it is intended to remove qualifying forced advertisements, such as interstitial ads, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Optional rewarded ads may remain available when you choose to watch them for a reward.

8. Refunds and Purchase Restoration

Payments and refunds made through Google Play are generally subject to Google Play's policies and procedures.

Certain non-consumable purchases, such as Remove Ads, may be eligible for restoration where supported. Consumable items such as virtual currency generally cannot be restored after successful delivery or consumption, unless required by law or platform policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Game Updates and Changes

Ocean Tycoon may change over time. We may add, remove, modify, or rebalance:

• Levels, islands, machines, characters, skins, rewards, and events.
• Virtual currencies, progression systems, prices, and offers.
• Advertisements, interfaces, mechanics, features, and supported services.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature, item, reward, mechanic, or service will remain available permanently.

11. Intellectual Property

Ocean Tycoon and its associated content are owned by Aakar Games or used under appropriate license. This includes game code, artwork, characters, icons, UI, logos, graphics, animations, music, sound effects, names, and promotional material.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

12. Third-Party Services

Ocean Tycoon may use or interact with third-party services including:

• Google Play
• Google Play services for supported save functionality
• Unity Ads
• LevelPlay

These services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical systems. To the extent permitted by law, Aakar Games is not responsible for independent third-party outages, policies, content, or actions.

13. Privacy

Your use of Ocean Tycoon is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, processed, or shared in connection with the game and its third-party services.

Because Ocean Tycoon uses advertising and third-party SDKs, players should review the Privacy Policy before using the game.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ocean Tycoon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The game will always be available or error-free.
• Every device will remain compatible.
• Cloud saves will never be lost.
• Advertising inventory will always be available.
• Every rewarded ad will successfully grant a reward.
• Third-party services will always function correctly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aakar Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use Ocean Tycoon.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Termination

You may stop using Ocean Tycoon at any time by uninstalling the game.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary if:

• You materially violate these Terms.
• You engage in cheating, fraud, hacking, or abuse.
• Your activity creates security or technical risks.
• We are legally required to do so.
• Ocean Tycoon is discontinued.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or Ocean Tycoon will be handled under applicable law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan, unless applicable consumer law grants you additional rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Ocean Tycoon, our business, platform requirements, legal obligations, advertising systems, or third-party services.

When these Terms are materially updated, we may update the effective date or provide additional notice where appropriate.
